This circuit is inverter 12V to 220V, principal from this circuit is change tension 12V to become 220V, where tension from 12V which in the form of tension DC, with help of PNP transistor looking like flip-flop network hence will be yielded square wave to change to become tension AC is required by transformator. So will be yielded tension AC. For tansistor PNP can apply type TIP32 given cooler that is big enough.
