surround sound decoder

This circiut called as surround sound decoder, in principle this scheme audio input in breaking to yield center output , rear output and output from input. Where for center output is applied by IC sun, to yield rear input output in defferensiator then in delay and in put into IC low pass filter. to be more sharpness sees diagram following:
